At InstaNutrients, we care about your health and satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

3. How to Request a Return

1. Email us at customercare@instanutrients.com within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, product details, and a photo of the item (if damaged/defective).
3. Our team will respond within 48 hours and guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

 Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 25–30 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping: Orders are processed from our India warehouse in 1-2 business days. Delivery within 4-7 business days (metro cities).

Returns: Accepted within 7 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days.
