At InstaNutrients, we care about your health and satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at customercare@instanutrients.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, product details, and a photo of the item (if damaged/defective).
- Our team will respond within 48 hours and guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 25–30 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
