Ingredients:
• Suji/Rava – 1 cup
• Curd – ½ cup
• Grated carrot, chopped spinach
• 1 sachet DMB powder
• Eno – ½ tsp
Instructions:
1. Mix suji, curd, DMB powder, and veggies.
2. Add water to adjust consistency.
3. Add Eno before steaming.
4. Steam in idli stand for 10–12 mins.
